Standing Appointments
Appointments are scheduled for the same day and time either weekly or biweekly. Your spot is reserved for the duration of your treatment. Individual Therapy may be cancelled with 48 hour notice. Group Therapy requires a commitment and payment is due regardless of cancellation.

M-F, 9-5
Services
Diagnostic Assessment: (first 1-3 scheduled meetings): $245/meeting ($220 if paid at time of service, superbills only)
Individual Therapy: $200 ($180 if paid at time of service, superbills only)
Group Therapy: $70
Group Consultation: $60
Mindful Movement Group – 10 weeks: $500
Insurance
In-Network
We are currently contracted with North Carolina State Health Plan and an in-network provider with Cigna, BCBS, Aetna (NC and PPO plans), and Traditional NC Medicare (Advantage plans excluded). Always contact your insurer to confirm Grow Heal Love, Inc (NPI #1619250099) is an in-network mental health provider for your specific plan. Also ask your insurer about any deductible, coinsurance and copay for which you will be responsible.
Out-of-Network
A superbill can be provided to submit for reimbursement if you have out-of-network coverage. Prior to making an appointment, you may want to ask your insurer the following;
Do I have out-of-network mental/behavioral health benefits?
What is my deductible for out-of-network outpatient mental/behavioral health benefits?
What amount of my deductible remains?
What is my copay or coinsurance for these services?
What is the allowable amount for service codes 90791 (diagnostic assessment) and 90837 (60 minute psychotherapy).
You will be responsible for any deductible, copay/coinsurance and 100% of the cost over the allowable amount.
